Steve Schwartz, 35
President, Quality Enclosures Inc., Sarasota, Fla.
With more than 45 years experience in the glass and aluminum industry, Schwartz’s family instilled in him a drive to meet customers’ needs and stay on the leading edge of technology and options. He spearheaded an in-house powder-coating line to offer quick turnaround color options and pushed for the rights to a protective coating system to add value to his customers’ shower investment. He owns and operates a local martial arts dojo and characterizes himself as a constant learner. “As I evolve through further education and experiences, my tastes, ideas and understanding of my self, life, business and people are always developing.”

Schwartz says he relies on humility to learn from those around him. “You can learn from anyone. Always be humble, keep your glass half full so you are always capable of learning, and never stop learning.”
As a martial arts instructor, Schwartz teaches at his own dojo, as well as nationally and internationally. He is ranked as a sixth degree black belt.
