2011 Crystal Achievement Awards

Glass Magazine is now accepting nominations for the sixth annual Crystal Achievement Awards, honoring innovation in the commercial, retail and fabrication markets. To make sure your company is included in this prestigious awards program, please review the instructions for submissions, categories and the judging process; then fill out the nomination form.

The deadline for nominations is May 13, 2011.

Instructions for submissions
To best equip our judges with the information they need to choose the winners, please describe your entry in 400 words or less, with particular focus on the unique or innovative elements.

Please note, there is a limit of one category per nomination. Please do not submit the same nomination for inclusion in multiple categories. Total number of nominations is limited to two per company, and editors reserve the right to reallocate nominations to different categories as appropriate.

For the “most innovative project” categories, projects completed between May 2010 and May 2011 qualify.

Please send corresponding electronic images to jchase@glass.org. Electronic photos should have a resolution of 300 DPI or higher and be in a TIF, EPS or JPG format.

The judging process
Crystal Achievement Award winners are decided by a panel of judges that represent a cross-section of the glass industry. Judges are not allowed to vote for their own companies, or in categories in which their companies are nominated.

Once nominations are received, Glass Magazine staff members prepare a judging packet consisting of descriptive information and photographs of the entries for the judges to review. If you would like to be a judge for the 2011 Crystal Achievement Awards, please contact Jenni Chase at 720/283-8202, jchase@glass.org.
