Officials from Belron US , Columbus, Ohio, hired Steve Miggo as senior vice president of human resources and leadership development, and promoted Shawn McClain to group warehouse manager and Eric Poderys to general manager.
Miggo joined the company from Limited Brands, Columbus, Ohio, where he worked for three years as associate vice president of human resources. Before that, he spent seven years as vice president of human resources at Elmer's Products Inc., also of Columbus. He earned a master’s in business and labor relations from the Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University, Columbus.
McClain previously worked as general manager in Columbus. In his new position, he will focus on adding four warehouses to the company’s Northeastern U.S. operations and assume operational responsibility for several existing warehouses in that region. He has a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix based in Phoenix, Arizona.
As general manager, Poderys will oversee day-to-day operations of 58 employees and will be responsible for growing sales and market share in three Central Ohio areas. He was an area operations manager and has worked in the vehicle glass industry for 19 years. He has a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia.

Glasspro of Charleston, S.C., added B.J. Self as auto glass technician and Chris Hayes as human resources coordinator. Self has worked in the auto glass industry for more than six years, and will do auto glass replacement and repairs. Hayes will be responsible for database management and monthly reporting. He was research coordinator with the Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce, Charleston, S.C., and has a bachelor’s degree from the College of Charleston, also of Charleston.
