Retired Gen. Colin Powell delivered the opening keynote address at the U.S. Green Building Council's 2010 Greenbuild International Conference & Expo, Nov. 17-19 at McCormick Place West in Chicago. Powell addressed a crowd of 10,000, urging listeners to be leaders in green building.
