Doralco Architectural Metals

Matthew JaBaay became president of Doralco Architectural Metals, Alsip, Ill. A member of the Doralco team for more than 13 years, JaBaay will be responsible for leading the company's efforts to gain market share through the innovative development of target markets and competitive pricing structures, according to a release. In addition, he will be responsible for operations and sales of all Doralco Architectural Metals brands: Intertec, Compositecore, Entrance Metal, and Machine Works.

Viracon

Viracon, Owatonna, Minn., appointed Kelly Schuller senior vice president, Sales and Marketing. He will be responsible for all aspects of sales, marketing, architectural promotion and technical services. Schuller joins Viracon after serving for four years as vice president, Strategy and Business Development, for Viracon's parent company, Apogee, Minneapolis, Minn. There, he directed projects across all Apogee business units. Prior to joining Apogee, he held operational positions within United Health Group, Innovex and Pillsbury. He was also an associate principal at McKinsey & Co. and held a position as a CPA for Ernst & Young LLP.

 

Bohle America

Officials of Bohle America, Charlotte, N.C., announced that Shawn Zenuh has joined the company as technical sales manager. Previously employed with Fletcher Terry Co., Farmington, Conn., he will be responsible for Bohle's regional sales expansion into the industrial glass fabrication and specialty glazier markets. He brings 13 years of sales management and product application experience in the float, automotive and fabrication markets to the company. Zenuh will be based out of West Hartford, Conn., and will represent Bohle America in the Northeast region, especially New York, Massachusetts, Connecticut and New Jersey. 

Lami Glass

Officials from Lami Glass, a division of Hartung Glass Industries located in Langley, BC, named Patrick Wong sales representative for Lami Glass and Hartung Glass Canada. Wong has 26 years of experience with glazing contractors and architectural aluminum building product manufacturers in the commercial, residential and institutional glazing markets, including field sales, purchasing and materials management. 

 

Protective Glazing Council

The Protective Glazing Council International, Topeka, Kan., recently elected three new members to its board of directors: Chris Carter of Momentive Performance Materials Inc., Albany, N.Y.; Huston Dawson of Weidlinger Associates Inc., New York; and Steven Schroer of Bekaert Specialty Films, LLC, San Diego. They replace outgoing directors Bhaskar Adusumalli of Traco, Cranberry Township, Pa.; Larry Livermore of Architectural Testing Inc., York, Pa.; and Dave Kaliser of Solutia's Performance Films Division, St. Louis.

 

National Fenestration Rating Council 

Officials at the National Fenestration Rating Council, Greenbelt, Md., announced the results of its board of directors election for the 2011 term. The following members have been elected to a three-year term: Steve Farrar, Guardian Industries Corp., Auburn Hills, Mich.; Joe Hayden, Pella Corp., Pella, Iowa; Christian Kohler, Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, Berkeley, Calif.; and Ross McCluney, SunPine Consulting, Chattanooga, Tenn.
