C.R. Laurence Co.

Los Angeles-based C.R. Laurence Co. announced four promotions. Tina Olivares became manager of the customer services department. from online support manager. She has been with CRL for 17 years, and has more than 21 years of experience in the glass industry. Yolanda Cabadas became manager of CRL’s online support department from assistant to the online support manager. She has been with the company for 10 years. Joe Finamore became purchasing agent for international purchasing. He worked in CRL’s purchasing department in several areas, including manufacturing and Canadian vendor accounts. Francisco Ruelas was promoted to the position of assistant branch manager of CRL’s Elgin, Ill., location. He has been with the company for five years.

Novum Structures

Novum Structures LLC, Menomonee Falls, Wis., hired Angela Rossi as marketing manager. Previously, she worked for the Parksite Surfaces Division of Parksite Inc., Batavia, Ill., as regional marketing communications manager. Prior to Parksite, she executed a successful media plan for Leslie Controls, Tampa. She will work out of Novum’s Sarasota, Fla., office and lead the company’s worldwide marketing initiatives.

Mid-Am Metal Forming Inc., Rogersville, Mo., announced that Nick McCarty, Shaun Dunn and Eric Harvey of NJM Associates, Parkersburg, W.Va., have joined the sales team. NJM Associates will be in charge of sales in Kentucky, Pennsylvania, Virginia and West Virginia. 
 

 

Wausau Window and Wall Systems

Wausau, Wis.-based Wausau Window and Wall Systems named Brian Winters architectural sales representative serving building owners, architects and contractors of eastern Missouri, and south and central Illinois. With 10 years of marketing experience in the window industry and construction sales, Winters previously called on architects and builders of high-end residential and multifamily properties as a representative with Pella, Pella, Iowa, and later with Hurd Windows and Doors, Medford, Wis. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects' St. Louis, Mo., and Southern Illinois chapters. Before engaging architects, he worked with NASCAR's marketing sponsorship program.
 

The Wagner Cos.

The Wagner Cos., Milwaukee, appointed Richard A. Kettler as president, chief operating officer, of its Milwaukee-based manufacturing and distribution operations. Previous president, Robert A. Wagner, will continue his affiliation with the company in the role of chairman and chief executive officer. Kettler joined the company in 2000 as operations manager, and has also held the roles of chief operations officer and executive vice president. Prior to Wagner, he held executive and management positions with Handy & Harman, White Plains, N.Y., NL Industries, Washington, D.C., and Texas Instruments, Dallas.


Crystal Window & Door

Crystal Window & Door Systems, Flushing, N.Y., appointed Harold Kaye as senior vice president of business development. He brings more than 20 years of experience in the vinyl window industry with particular success in sales and marketing programs and distribution channel management. He will facilitate the startup and market introduction of the company's new Sashlite insulating glass technology vinyl line.

Prior to Crystal, Kaye was executive vice president and co-owner of Focus Point Windows, a New York-based specialty high-performance window manufacturer utilizing Sashlite technology.

 

Glaston Corp.

Glaston Corp., Finland, has appointed Henrik B. Reims as senior vice president, Sales and Marketing. The one-stop-partner business area is his responsibility. He has been working at Glaston since 2008. Prior to Glaston, he worked at IBM Finland, Pricewaterhouse Coopers Oy and ABB Finland. He has a master's in engineering.

DecoTherm

Andy Katz joined DecoTherm, Amherst, N.Y., as national sales manager. He has 15 years of glass industry experience, including operations, sales and general management. He is responsible for growing DecoTherm sales via a variety of channels such as the architectural and design community and licensed fabricators. He has a bachelor's in speech communication from the University of South Florida.
