Preventing freeze-ups

Long holiday weekends in the dead of winter can be an invitation to freeze-ups of water pipes, process equipment and buildings if you are located in a part of the country where temperatures dip below freezing.

Take the time to do preventive maintenance in anticipation of winter weather, and make sure to perform winterizing inspections and temperature monitoring. If you have a building that is closed and unattended for any period of time, arrange for appropriate monitoring and checking to avoid major property damage issues.
