Nonresidential construction will begin stabilizing before year-end
Indicators point to the rate of economic growth slowing in 2011, as the sales, foreign, new orders, wholesale trade, and production benchmarks enter Phase C, according to analysts at the Institute for Trend Research, Concord, N.H. Nonresidential construction, which lags the overall economy by about a year, is in Phase A, down almost 25 percent from last year.
