This article is the second in a two-part series on how to fabricate a UV-bonded glass table with a shelf, using, as an example, the Bohle UV Bonding Professional Kit from Bohle America, Charlotte, N.C. The first installment appeared in the February 2011 issue and discussed the preparation and silicate pre-treatment of the bonding joints, a prerequisite especially when bonding tempered glass.
