The 2013 Glass Magazine Awards: Best Installer Nomination Form

Instructions for submissions

Please describe why your nominee should be recognized with a "Best Installer" award, in 400 words or less. Pictures and/or videos of your nominee are encouraged and can be sent to jchase@glass.org. Electronic photos should have a resolution of 300 DPI or higher and be in a TIF, EPS or JPG format. We can accept video files, or links to videos on YouTube, etc.

Best installer nominees must have experience measuring and installing commercial and/or residential glazing products in the field.

The deadline for nominations is April 16, 2013.
