The 2013 Glass Magazine Awards: Best Production Supervisor Nomination Form

Instructions for submissions

Please describe why your nominee should be recognized with a "Best Production Supervisor" award, in 400 words or less. Pictures and/or videos of your nominee are encouraged and can be sent to jchase@glass.org. Electronic photos should have a resolution of 300 DPI or higher and be in a TIF, EPS or JPG format. We can accept video files, or links to videos on YouTube, etc.

Production supervisor nominees must have management experience in a glass and/or metal manufacturing and/or fabrication environment. Skills might include, but are not limited to: managing production personnel, to include work schedules, skill development, disciplinary action, goal setting, etc.; establishing process improvements to boost plant performance; collaborating with other departments to improve production; etc.

The deadline for nominations is April 16, 2013.
