Guardian Industries to buy Siegel-Robert Automotive
Auburn Hills-based Guardian Industries Corp. has agreed to buy Siegel-Robert Inc.’s automotive business, according to an April 14 Crain’s Detroit Business report.
The firms announced the deal April 11, saying they expect to close the transaction on May 1. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
