Sale of Cindy Rowe in works

A major auto glass repair business is expected to acquire Cindy Rowe Auto Glass by the end of the month. The company, Belron US of Columbus, Ohio, signed a letter of intent to purchase most of the assets of the Cindy Rowe business in August. Jenny Cain, communications director for Belron, said the companies are conducting their due diligence and the deal is expected to close by the end of the month, according to a Dec. 11 report in The Patriot-News.
