AGC Flat Glass sells Cinnaminson, N.J., facility

Officials at the Philadelphia-based brokerage firm of Binswanger, announced Jan. 5 the sale of AGC Flat Glass North America Inc.'s 378,000-square-foot facility in Cinnaminson, N.J., to Sea Box, East Riverton, N.J. The sale price was $4.7 million, according to an EarthTimes article. 

The building was formerly used by AGC for the manufacture of glass for residential windows. The new owner specializes in the design and manufacture of custom shipping containers, primarily for the defense industry.
