AGC now labels its flat glass products

AGC Flat Glass Philippines Inc., a pioneer in the Philippine flat glass manufacturing sector, is aiming to create a bigger impact in the local market this year with an unprecedented move of labeling its flat glass products with a brand marking visible to its customers and consumers.

Virna Liza C. Villareal, head corporate communications, said the labeling would distinguish the AGC products from the substandard flat glass products, which have infiltrated the domestic market, with the use of technologically advanced glass marking system, according to an April 19 Manila Bulletin Publishing Corp. report.
