Apple files application to patent design of its 'Glass Cube' Fifth Avenue retail store

Following their 2007 patent for the design of their staircases, Patently Apple is reporting that Apple has filed an application with the US Patent and Trademark Office to protect the design of their most iconic retail store, the glass cube on Fifth Avenue in New York.
