Asahi India Glass swings to Q3 profit of Rs 1.47 crores

Asahi India Glass Ltd. has announced the consolidated financial results for the quarter ended on Dec. 31, 2009. The net sales was at Rs.323.69 crores for quarter ended on Dec. 31, 2009, against Rs.283.77 crores for the quarter ended on Dec. 31, 2008.

The net profit / (loss) was at Rs.1.47 crores for the quarter ended on Dec. 31, 2009, against (Rs.22.16) crores for the quarter ended on Dec. 31, 2008.

The company has reported an EPS of Rs.0.09 for the quarter ended on Dec. 31, 2009, against (Rs.1.39) for the quarter ended on Dec. 31, 2008, according to a Jan. 26 Equity Bulls report.
