Bayou City Glass files suit against Haley-Greer

A glass company in Webster [Texas] is suing over claims that it was not compensated for work done on a project in Memorial.  

Webster-area Bayou City Glass filed a lawsuit on April 5 in the Harris County District Court against Haley-Greer Inc. [Dallas] and Suretec Insurance Co., of Memorial, alleging breach of contract, violations of the Prompt Pay Act and violations of the Texas Trust Fund Act, according to an April 8 Ultimate Memorial report.
