Edgetech to discuss bent insulating glass at GPD China

Tracy Rogers, technical director, Edgetech I.G., Cambridge, Ohio, will present Challenges of Bent Insulating Glass at Glass Performance Days China, May 11-12, Shanghai. The conference theme this year is renewable energy and glass technology.  Rogers' presentation will take place at 11 a.m. May 12, according to an April 28 company release.

“Bent glass is gaining popularity, but there are special considerations that must be taken into account when working with bent IG to ensure optimal energy efficiency, sustainability and manufacturing efficiency,” Rogers said, in the release. “During our GPD China session, we will cover durability concerns, as well best practices for fabrication.”

Edgetech also will also present at GPD Finland June 12-15.
