Giroux Glass acquires distribution building for $3M

Private investors sold the industrial facility at 1795 Riverview Drive in San Bernardino to Giroux Glass, Los Angeles, for $3 million, or $77 per square foot.

The 38,965-square-foot distribution building was built in 1981 in the Southeast Industrial Park. The buyer, a glazing contracting company, plans to allocate $100,000 toward improving the property.
