Glaston CFO to leave the company

Finland-based Glaston Corp.'s chief financial officer and member of Glaston's Executive Management Group, Kimmo Lautanen, has decided to leave the company, according to a May 7 release. It has been agreed that Lautanen continues with his duties as CFO and member of the Executive Management Group until the end of June 2010.                  

The process to find a successor has been started and the appointment is made in
due course.
