The Insulating Glass Manufacturers Alliance, Ottawa, Ontario, announced the
availability of two new publications; the IGMA 25-Year Field Correlation Study
Report and the IGMAC Glass Design Software Program for the Canadian market, according to a Nov. 26 IGMA release.

The 25-Year Field Correlation Study Report includes results from the 10-, 15- and 25-year
marks, includes all climatic zones, common sealant systems including both residential
and commercial glazing for both Phase 1 (1980-2005) and Phase 2 (1990-2005), according to the release.

“It’s incredible that members of an organization can have the vision to initiate a 25-year
project and continue to fund it throughout the entire period and through many
membership transitions," said Margaret Webb, IGMA executive director, in the release. "IGMA is the only organization with this level of detail on the long-term performance of insulating glass units in the field.”

The IGMAC Glass Design program for the CGSB 12.20 standard (GD_2008) has been
updated to fully comply with the 2005 National Building Code of Canada requirements.
One hour of technical support is included with the purchase of the software program.
Both publications can be ordered from IGMA and a copy of the IGMA Publication
Catalog is available from the IGMA Web site, according to the release.
