Ohio man sues after falling through skylight

An Ironton, Ohio, man is suing his employer after he fell 20 feet through a skylight and landed on his head.

Paul Arthur filed a lawsuit in Cabell Circuit Court April 1 against Boggs Roofing Inc.

According to his complaint, Arthur was employed as a laborer for Boggs on a roofing job at Salt Rock Elementary School on July 23, 2008, according to an April 20 report in The West Virginia Record.
