Pilkington fined $15,150 by state EPA
A Rossford glass manufacturer was penalized by the Ohio EPA for failing to submit a risk management plan, authorities said.
Pilkington North America must pay a $15,150 civil penalty for failing to submit a timely emergency plan for its automotive glass manufacturing facility at 140 Dixie Hwy., according to a Sept. 1 toledoblade.com report.
