PPG announces lower fuel surcharge in third quarter

The cost of natural gas in the third quarter of 2009 was lower than in the second quarter of 2009, as a result there is a decrease in the natural gas surcharge per truckload for the fourth quarter of 2009, according to a Sept. 28 letter to its customers from PPG Indusutries, Pittsburgh.
