Romag sees loss for year after disappointing trading

UK's Romag Holdings Plc, a maker of laminated glass and plastic composites, said it expected to report a loss for the current fiscal on delays in supply of materials and lack of funding available to certain clients, sending its shares down 22 percent, according to an Aug. 19 Reuters report.
