Schott Solar ready to hire

There is some good news for those looking for work: a new company is setting up shop in Albuquerque and bringing green jobs with it.

 Experts say the future of America’s energy lies in alternative energies like wind and solar power.

 A company on the cutting edge of that technology has made a permanent home in Albuquerque.

Diane Moseley, a production supervisor at Schott Solar, said, "Renewable energy, we've really just hit the tip of the iceberg from my experiences in Germany and I think we have a lot to offer here."

 Moseley is one of 90 Schott Solar employees sent overseas for training to prepare for the opening of a $100 million manufacturing facility at Mesa Del Sol in Albuquerque, according to a Feb. 25 KOAT.com report.
