Solutia completes Southwall acquisition

On Nov. 28, Solutia Inc. completed its previously announced acquisition of Southwall Technologies Inc., according to a same-day article from the Sacramento Bee. The $113 million transaction was funded by Solutia with existing cash on hand, according to the article.
