Southwall announces Q2 2008 results
Southwall Technologies Inc. announced second quarter 2008 revenue of $13.7 million, up 29.5 percent from $10.6 million in the first quarter of 2008 and up about 48 percent from 2007 second quarter revenues of $9.3 million. The year-over-year increase was primarily due to higher sales of automotive and window film products, which offset the decline in plasma display revenues, according to a Wallstreet:Online report Aug. 12.
