Tubelite hires George Rand as client development manager

Tubelite Inc. has hired George Rand as a client development manager for eastern Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Owner of Rand Sales & Marketing Co., he has more than 30 years of experience in commercial, historic and upscale residential construction. For the past decade, Rand has owned Rand Sales & Marketing Co., a manufacturer's representative in New Jersey, Delaware and eastern Pennsylvania. Prior to that, he worked for several glazing contractors and fenestration product manufacturers, according toa release.
