Turkey's glass/glass product export goes up

Turkey exported glass and glass products worth $887 million in the first 10 months of this year, as compared with $681 million in the same period in 2007, according to a Dec. 1 report from Turkey’s State Statistics Institute. Turkish imports of the same types of commodities in the January to October period this year were worth $521 million, as against $508 million in the corresponding period in 2007.
