Vitrum 2011 draws more than 6,500 glass industry reps

Vitrum 2011, the Milan-based international glass show, drew more than 6,500 attendees last week, according to show organizers, nearly half from countries other than Italy. The event, held at the Rho Fiera Milano fairgrounds, took place Oct. 26-29. This year marked the debut of the Vitrum Gourmet Festival, an event dedicated to Italian haute cuisine that featured four of the world's best chefs.
