Tim Cooper is the firm's key contact, representing the Vetrotech Saint-Gobain line of fire-rated glass systems and solutions. Cooper has nearly 30 years of experience in the architectural building and design industry, according to a Vetrotech release.

PPG Industries reported first quarter 2013 net sales from continuing operations of $3.3 billion, equal to that of first quarter 2012. In a letter to customers, Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope announced that it will increase prices by 6 percent on all products and services, effective April 29, 2013. In the letter, COO Jim Avanzini cites flat glass manufacturer price increases, along with other increased costs throughout the business, as reasons behind the price hike.
