Jon Johnson elected GANA secretary

The Glass Association of North America, Topeka, Kan., elected Jon Johnson, general manager, Arch Deco Glass, Columbus, Ohio, as its new secretary, according to a Jan. 20 release. Bystronic glass appoints Viggiani regional market director

Officials at Bystronic glass have appointed Giuseppe Viggiani regional market director for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. He succeeds Martin Heim. Viggiani's previous positions include area sales manager, Latin America, for Siemens, as well as management positions with elevator manufacturer Schindler and most recently with SBB Cargo, the Swiss railway.
