Officials at the Philadelphia-based brokerage firm of Binswanger, announced Jan. 5 the sale of AGC Flat Glass North America Inc.'s 378,000-square-foot facility in Cinnaminson, N.J., to Sea Box, East Riverton, N.J. Emirates Float Glass, wholly owned by Dubai Investments, has awarded Austria-based RHI a contract for the construction and supervision of a second float glass manufacturing facility in Abu Dhabi.
