April 14, 2008Auburn Hills-based Guardian Industries Corp. has agreed to buy Siegel-Robert Inc.’s automotive business, according to an April 14 Crain’s Detroit Business report.The firms announced the deal April 11, saying they expect to close the transaction on May 1.
