Appointment reminder system

Officials at eDirectGlass, Scottsdale, Ariz., announced the availability of the iTeleMind service appointment reminder system. The product enables auto glass and service-related shops to electronically remind customers of their service appointments using the Internet and their eDirectGlass or current management system, according to a release. The service uses Voice Over Internet Protocol, or VoIP, technology. Subscribers record a custom outbound message and upload service appointments into the system. ITeleMind then systematically contacts each customer, delivering the appointment reminder. The service customer has the ability to acknowledge, cancel or change the appointment; or be directly connected with the shop, according to the release. ITeleMind is available for a monthly fee of $39.95, which includes 250 reminders. Additional reminders cost $0.15 each.
