A division of Dorma Entrance Systems, Crane Revolving Doors, both of Lake Bluff, Ill., introduced the Crane 1000 Series revolving door. The door has .125-inch- thick rigid aluminum construction. Exposed surfaces can have clear anodized, dark bronze, custom anodized or painted finishes. Managed by a 100:1 precision-geared manual speed control, the door comes in three sizes: 8-foot outside diameter, 7-foot inside diameter, and 6-foot-6-inch inside diameter. The 7⁄16-inch clear or tinted glass enclosure is available in heights of 7 feet to 9 feet. Standard push bars are a 1⁄2-inch-by-11⁄2-inch rectangular or 1-inch-diameter round.
