Anti-scratch and anti-slip glass
Bacelona’s Sevasa, with North American offices in Sugar Land, Texas, brought its Satinados Antiscratch and its expanded line of CriSamar Step anti-slip glass that now includes the Lunaris pattern.
Satinados Antiscratch, acid-etched satin glass with Alfluor treatment, resists scratches and stains, cleans easily, and suits high-use areas such as kitchen counters and other work surfaces, stairs, steps and footbridges, according to a company release. Styles include LuxRaff Antiscratch that comes in thicknesses ranging from 3 millimeters to 19 millimeters and standard sizes as large as 20 feet by 11 feet, and LuxFine Antiscratch in .12-inch to .47-inch thicknesses and standard sizes up to 7.38 feet by 11 feet. Colors for both styles include extra clear, white, bronze, gray, green and blue.
The CriSamar Step anti-slip glass Lunaris pattern has small dots with spaces between the dots. The acid-etched product comes in two versions, satin etched and transparent. Easy to clean and highly resistant to stains, it can be cut, beveled, curved, drilled, tempered and laminated, according company literature. It can be used for interior and exterior passage areas, stairs, footbridges and other surfaces, and comes in thicknesses of .12 inches to .47 inches. The standard size measures 7.38 feet by 11 feet, and colors include extraclear, white, bronze, gray, blue and green.
