ContactPoint announced the official launch of its LogMyCalls call tracking and scoring platform after a four-month beta period. LogMyCalls is a call tracking, call recording and call scoring application that allows businesses to determine which advertising methods are effective and improve their ability to secure business over the phone. The call log platform offers website Dynamic Number Insertion, and full integration into CRM solutions and Google Analytics, in an easy-to-use interface with easy-to-understand marketing analytics reports, according to a company release. LogMyCalls also features searchable call recording, call tagging, call commenting and custom scorecard creation, enabling users to group calls and analyze them ad hoc. According to ContactPoint officials, LogMyCalls focuses on marketing analytics in addition to customer intelligence.
