Cast-in anchor channels

Hilti Inc., a supplier of secure anchor solutions, has extended its range of products to include a new generation of cast-in anchor channels for reliable load transfers to concrete structures. On display in Las Vegas, the Hilti HAC anchor channel features a V-form design that allows higher loads to be taken close to slab edges where shear loads occur. Additionally, the system helps prevent concrete from entering the channel, and the tear-out strip allows the foam to be removed quickly and easily, helping contractors increase productivity, according to company officials.
