Brooklyn, N.Y.-based Colonial Glass Solutions introduced Spansteel, spandrel glass coated with Opaci-Coat-300 from ICD High Performance Coatings, Vancouver, Wash. Colonial is now a certified manufacturer of Opaci-Coat-300. Classified by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency as a zero volatile-organic-compound paint, the coating is durable for outdoor use and allows for a range of color possibilities, according to a company release.
