Contraflam Structure 60 from Vetrotech Saint-Gobain

Vetrotech Saint-Gobain announced that Contraflam Structure 60 is now available in maximum exposed heights of 138 ½ inches. Contraflam Structure 60 exceeds the height and performance specifications of other fire-rated glass systems in a butt-glazed assembly, according to a Vetrotech press release. In addition to meeting ASTM E-119/UL263 in a hose stream test for up to one hour, the Contraflam Structure 60 wall system exceeds the height of Vetrotech’s Contraflam Structure 120. Contraflam Structure 60 is capable of exceeding 7,500 square inches and can be installed into angle iron or steel framing, according to the release.
