Custom color composites

Quality Metalcrafts LLC/Americlad, Rogers, Minn., announced the production of small-run custom color composites. The process includes applying a chrome phosphate pretreatment to the mill finish composite and an air dry system Kynar paint finish that meets the weathering requirements of AAMA 2605-05. The company can make a minimum of two sheets of composite to accommodate smaller projects that require a custom color. It also introduced its line of Americlad anodized aluminum flat sheet. The anodized product line includes thicknesses from .040 inch to 0.125 inch, in clear, black, dark bronze and other shades of bronze.
