Cutting and machining centers

Tekna USA Corp., Crystal Lake, Ill., introduced three machine series: the TK804 series automated cutting lines; the TK446 and TK447 high-capacity, three- and four-axis machining centers; and the TK444 high-capacity, high-speed, fast-changeover four-axis machining center. The TK804 series offers a variety of versions ranging from simple manual load and unload with automatic feed and cut, to automated magazine load and unload with automatic feed, notch, slot, cope, drill, tap and cut. The TK444 is a medium-size machining center capable of working on three sides of profiles with a working section within 11.8 inches by 11.8 inches. The economical TK446 and TK447 are able to work on profiles with working sections within 10 inches by 10 inches. Booth 2141
