Foam glazing tape
Gaska Tape Inc. of Elkhart, Ind., introduced high-performance, cross-linked polyolefin foam glazing tapes. Double-coated with acrylic adhesives, they perform in a wide range of temperatures, adhere to a variety of window substrates, and will not become brittle or crack with age, according to a release. The tapes are AAMA-compliant and suitable for window glazing, door seals, and skylights. They come in thicknesses ranging from 0.031-inch to 0.25-inch, with a blue poly or polycoated kraft paper liner, and in white, black, or other colors upon request.
