Erdman Automation Corp., Princeton, Minn., will show the Erdman Fixed Head IG Secondary Sealer at GlassBuild America: The Glass, Window & Door Expo. The unit features a stationary sealant applicator that gives the operator the ability to apply a professional, high quality, consistent secondary sealer. Also on display will be the new Erdman Automated Spacer Applicator, which greatly enhances the accuracy and speed of spacer application, according toa release. The Erdman Hand Assist Glazer/ back bedding system offers a state-of-the-art servo control system to provide a consistent diameter bead of sealant at speeds up to 30 inches per second. This machine will allow almost any operator to reliably and consistently apply a properly proportioned bead of sealant, according to the release. Hand assists are available to dispense hot, cold or two-part sealants. Booth 2551.
