Low-E clarity

Officials from Pilkington North America Inc., Toledo, Ohio, announced an increase in clarity of its Pilkington Energy Advantage low-emissivity glass. The product advancement to the pyrolytic coating technology reduces the haze value to a level so low that is difficult to perceive, and the glass continues to have no off-angle color, according to a company release. The development improves views and aesthetics, while maintaining the benefits of enhanced insulation and high solar heat gain.
