Low-E glass colors

Guardian Industries of Auburn Hills, Mich., added six colors to its low-E SunGuard advanced architectural glass product line. AG 50 and Royal Blue 40 coatings are each available on three float glass substrates that meet or exceed local and regional energy codes, according to a company release. AG 50 has low reflectivity and comes in light silver, silver gray and green. Royal Blue 40 combines low-E performance with a blue appearance, without the heat absorption and bluish transmitted light of coatings on blue float glass, according to the release. Colors include royal blue, blue gray and aquamarine.
