With the installation of two new float glass lines in late 2006 and a new architectural glass manufacturing and processing plant in China this summer, XYG Glass of Richmond, B.C., North American representative for China’s Xinyi Glass, will present its expanded capacity for manufacturing architectural glass products. They are offering the following new products: ultra clear photovoltaic glass for solar panels; hurricane glass in low-E insulating glass units for windows and curtain wall systems; hurricane glass panels for doors, windows and railings; high performance low-E insulating glass units for curtain wall projects; bent tempered glass; and security and impact resistant glass; and clear and green tinted float glass.
